Format | Private Audit Session

Decision audits are conducted as structured private sessions designed to examine complex personal or professional decisions with analytical clarity and proportion.

Sessions are approximately 90 minutes and may be completed via video or audio-only format. Camera participation is not required where greater privacy is preferred.

A written audit report is included following the session.

Appointment Types

Standard Appointments
Standard appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to booking. Written audit reports are typically provided within approximately 48 hours following the session.

Time-Sensitive Appointments
Time-Sensitive Decision Audits are reserved for decisions operating within a meaningful external deadline, where clarity is required within a shorter timeframe.

Availability is limited and offered subject to suitability and capacity. Written audit reports are typically provided within 24 hours following the session.

Session Expectations
The process requires active and constructive participation. A session may be concluded early if meaningful participation is not possible. A session is considered delivered after approximately 45 minutes of active session time.

Before You Confirm Your Appointment

Decision Audit Studio provides an independent structured decision-review process. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or crisis support.

It does not provide directives or recommendations regarding what decisions should ultimately be made.

This service may not be appropriate if you are seeking emotional processing, reassurance, or regulated professional advice.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Standard appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the session.

Time-Sensitive Appointment require at least 12 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

Non-attendance without prior notice is treated as a completed appointment and is non-refundable.

Refunds & Privacy
Appointments are confirmed upon payment. Refunds are not issued following delivery of the audit process or disagreement with the resulting analysis.

Refunds may be issued if the service is deemed unsuitable before or during the session.

Refunds are not based on dissatisfaction after delivery

Information shared during the process is treated with discretion and respect for privacy, except where legal or safeguarding obligations apply.
